Ya tenemos iPhone 3G!! Ya no son rumores, ni sueños, es una realidad.
El iPhone 3G ha sido anunciado por Steve Jobs como un iPhone más veloz (3G) y a la mitad de precio que el actual. Efectivamente, el precio reducido es seguramente lo que más ha llamado la atención de este nuevo iPhone.
El modelo con capacidad de 8 GB sale al mercado por 200 dólares, el coste de casi cualquier teléfono de gama muy baja. El iPhone 3G de 16 GB sube su precio a los 300 dólares.
En España, los precios podrían convertirse 1 a 1 en euros, pero nos seguiría pareciendo un precio muy atractivo. Además, no olvidemos que es muy probable que Movistar lo saque en España subvencionado, y el coste sería de cero euros.
La base del nuevo iPhone 3G será el firmware 2.0 (disponible como actualización gratuita para el iPhone y con un precio de 9.99 dólares para el iPod Touch), que entre otras cosas nos ofrecerá:
- Acceso a la App Store.
- Mapas con GPS.
- Sincronización del correo, calendario y contactos mediante Exchange
- ActiveSync de Microsoft y la nueva Mobile Me.
- Búsquedas de contactos.
- Calculadora científica.
- Soporte de documentos de Pages, Keynote, Numbers, Office …
